This policy explains what information Infyvector (infyvector.com) collects when you visit the site or buy a digital download, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the shop.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you buy a design, you provide the details needed to complete the order and deliver the file (such as your email address). Any payment is handled by our third-party payment provider — we never see or store your full card or bank details on our servers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log basic usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring links — to understand what is popular and to keep the site fast and secure. We also use small amounts of browser storage (see Cookies below) for features like your cart and favourites.
How we use your information
We use it to deliver your downloads, provide customer support, operate and improve the site and its search and recommendations, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & local storage
Your cart and favourites are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they persist between visits — this data stays on your device. We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic. You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings; doing so will empty your saved cart and favourites.
Third-party services
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the shop, and your data is shared with them only as needed for their function: Google Analytics (aggregate traffic measurement), Cloudflare (content delivery, security and DDoS protection), and our payment provider (to process purchases). Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, honour our file-replacement policy, and comply with tax and legal requirements. Aggregate analytics are retained in a de-identified form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Infyvector is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
